Warranty Protection Plan: How To Protect Your Medical Alert Equipment

The Bay Alarm Medical Warranty is a simple protection plan that will cover one replacement of the medical alert base station or device (Mobile GPS, In-Car Device) per calendar year. Lost or damaged accessories will be covered at fifty percent of the item’s replacement value. Please note that shipping fees will not be covered by the protection plan.
Do I really need one?
We never think anything could happen to us or our things, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared.
The warranty is a great option if you live an area that experiences floods, power outages, and other extreme weather conditions. Lost, damaged, or stolen equipment can cost up to $300 to replace.
The warranty is optional and only costs $5.00 per month. Adding it to your plan could be worth it in the case that you need to replace your equipment for non-manufacture issues.
Can I add the warranty at a later time?
Existing customers are more than welcome to add our protection plan at a later time. Simply contact our Customer Service Team to assist you. Please note, a full equipment test with one of our Customer Care Representatives will take place to ensure everything is working properly prior to the change.
Will the cost of the warranty ever change?
Our promise at Bay Alarm Medical is to provide the highest quality of care. We will never increase prices on your account, unless you have chosen to add services and/or products. We do not increase prices on our existing customers, nor do we have hidden costs or long term contract requirements.
