  • Flexible payment styles

    Bay Alarm Medical payment plans are month-to-month, every 3 months or every 6 months. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.

  • Which plan is right for me?

    Every customer is different and has their own individual needs. We have customers that have been with us for several years, so these customers take advantage of the lower semi-annual price. Other customers might only need the system for a couple of months, so it's in their best interest to go with the monthly plan and have the flexibility to cancel at any time. Finally, some of our clients aren't sure whether they will need the system for the long haul and decide to get the best of both worlds. They opt for the quarterly option because it's the best balance between price and flexibility.

  • Is there a trial period?

    Yes. We provide a 14-day trial period from the date the system arrives at your doorstep.

  • Is there a discount if I commit to a longer term?

    Yes, we offer discounts on up-front quarterly and semi-annual commitments.

  • Can I switch plans?

    Yes. Give us a call at 1-877-522-9633 and tell us which plan you’d like to move to. With that being said, our monthly rate is still much more inexpensive than that of other medical alert system companies.

  • How do I cancel service?

    Simply give us a call to let us know you're canceling. Ship the equipment back to our corporate headquarters: 2600 Stanwell Dr, Suite 103, Concord, CA 94520. We recommend getting a tracking number when shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the equipment back, your account will be canceled and no further charges will be billed to your credit card.

  • What's your refund policy?

    A full refund will be issued if the equipment is returned by the end of the 14-day trial period. While we don't have any cancellation fees, please note that there are no refunds or pro-rations for unused months. If you are unsure about how long you or your loved will need our service, we highly recommend that you choose either the Monthly or Quarterly plan.

I have had a few "contacts" with their …
I have had a few "contacts" with their representatives due to my own (stupid) mistakes. I've accidentally touched the button while closing my curtains; I've set off the alarm by laying the pendant in the sink after my shower (very "touchy"); and I accidentally hit the button while moving the portable alarm on the desk. These alarm devices are VERY sensitive! I must say that the representatives were very quick to respond, and they were very courteous and understanding in each case. I, personally, would rather not have a personal alarm system, but I know that my daughter feels better knowing that I have it.

The only thing that I had a problem with was I had forgot to send in the Client Information Sheet. This was my fault, but I did not receive an email to remind me to sent this important document to Bay Alarm.

Courteous, Kind, and Patient
We had hooked up our alarm system incorrectly and so we were not getting through when we tested our unit. The Bay Alarm tech stepped us through the process and VIOLA! Everything worked like a charm. The tech was patient and courteous and kept things light-hearted so we didn't feel foolish for our silly mistake. A great experience!

Bay Alarm Medical has been outstanding
Bay Alarm Medical has been outstanding! I am relieved to know they are there 24 hours a day in case I need help. I live alone and don't want to have to tell somebody where I am every day or check in. Plus that doesn't really help if I fall or something else happens to me and can't push the button or don't have a cell phone. Too many scenarios can take place that could leave me lying on the floor for days. I have accidentally set it off several times but Bay Alarm personnel never seem to be upset. It is reassuring to have them there--they are always friendly yet professional. I am so impressed!
