Other customers might only need the system for a couple of months, so it's in their best interest to go with the monthly plan and have the flexibility to cancel at any time. Finally, some of our clients aren't sure whether they will need the system for the long haul and decide to get the best of both worlds. They opt for the quarterly option because it's the best balance between price and flexibility.

Simply give us a call to let us know you're canceling. Ship the equipment back to our corporate headquarters: 2600 Stanwell Dr, Suite 103, Concord, CA 94520. We recommend getting a tracking number when shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the equipment back, your account will be canceled and no further charges will be billed to your credit card.
A full refund will be issued if the equipment is returned by the end of the 14-day trial period. While we don't have any cancellation fees, please note that there are no refunds or pro-rations for unused months. If you are unsure about how long you or your loved will need our service, we highly recommend that you choose either the Monthly or Quarterly plan.
