For when you just don’t want to wear a button…

We get it. It’s often hard to remember to keep your button on or take it with you to the bathroom in the middle of the night. But you still need to be protected at all times.

Our wall buttons were designed as a safety measure for these situations. Widen your safety net by placing wall buttons low to the ground in the bathroom as well as around your bedroom, stairs, and other high fall risk areas of your home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Landline vs Cellular. Which is better?

Assuming you have adequate cell coverage in your area, there are a couple advantages that a Cellular system has over a landline.

Cellular systems are much easier to setup. Just plug the device into a power outlet and flip the “ON” switch. With a cellular system, you won’t have to deal with landlines, telephones, or modem compatibility.

Cellular systems are a lot more flexible. Want to move the device from the living room to your bedroom? Just unplug the power cable and replug it anywhere in the home with a power outlet. Additionally, if you have a secondary vacation home or frequently stay with friends and relatives, a cellular system is recommended.

Are there charges or fees for false alarms?

There are never any additional fees for false alarms. In fact, we encourage customers to test their system once per month for added peace of mind.

Can dispatch call me first before 911?

Yes, you can customize your emergency contact list to include friends, family, and neighbors before our dispatchers call your local 911 services.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Bay Alarm Medical does not have any long term contracts. Services can be cancelled at anytime.
