How Do I Setup My Cellular Medical Alert System?
February 26, 2014
Our In-Home Cellular Medical Alert System couldn’t be any simpler to setup. Kayla, one of our Senior Care Consultants, shows you how to set up your new system in this video.
Kayla: First, you’re going to need to make sure your antenna is in the upright position. Then you’ll plug it in. When you plug it in, it should say “System Initializing.”
Ok great. Now it’s going to automatically sync to the network. This can take a few minutes. When it’s ready it will say “System Ready.”
Make sure your antenna is in the upright position.
Just a reminder, while we’re waiting, your system needs to be plugged in directly to the outlet in the wall. It cannot be plugged into a power strip or an outlet that is controlled by a light switch.
Ok when you press your button, it’s going to dial out to our 24/7 monitoring center. Once a dispatcher comes over the speaker, you’ll just let them know that you’re testing.
Your system needs to be plugged in directly to the outlet in the wall.
Operator: Kayla, This is Megan with Bay Alarm Medical, do you need help? Kayla: No, I’m just testing, thank you. Megan: Alright, thank you for testing today.
Kayla: Alright, and that’s how easy it is to setup your new cellular medical alert system. If you have any questions, or would like more information on this, give us a call at 1-877-522-9633. Thank you.
