In honor of National Senior Health and Fitness Day, we’re celebrating all month long by bringing you a senior fitness series meant to inspire and get you moving. We’ll be releasing one new video every Friday, and you’ll get to meet Darlene, Rose, and Sue from the Pleasant Hill Senior Center as they talk about how senior fitness classes that incorporate balance and chair exercises have helped them ease pain, improve well-being, and stay young at heart.
