All month long, we’ve been celebrating healthy aging with inspirational videos from seniors like you who attend fitness classes regularly and are reaping the benefits of exercise.

In our fourth video, join us as Sue takes a quick break from line dancing to sit down with us and share how fitness has kept her mind sharp and body agile. She even shows off her dancing skills!

A very special thank you to the Pleasant Hill Senior Center for their support and involvement in creating this video to encourage and promote healthy living among the senior community.
