Question I get asked all the time is, “What happens if the dispatcher can’t hear me?” I’d like to give the example of it. If you’re in the shower and you have a fall, we’re probably not going to be able to hear you over the base unit speaker, but that’s totally fine. As long as you press your button, we’ll always send help. You can actually set up the protocol to work however you’d like it to.

Standard protocol would be that we would call your house to see if we can get a hold of you there to ensure that it’s not a false alarm. If we can’t reach you there, then we’ll assume that there’s an emergency and we’ll either dispatch right away, or if you have it set up as so, we’ll call your contacts that you have listed on your form. If you have any other questions about how this works or if you have any special requests, give us a call. We’d be more than happy to walk you through it. You can reach us at 877-522-9633. Thanks so much.
