What Comes With My Medical Alert System?

If you’re looking to purchase one of our medical alert systems, or have already made a purchase, you may be wondering what all comes with your order.
Alan: Hi, my name is Alan Wu, Director of Sales & Marketing of Bay Alarm Medical and I’m going to unbox our In-home medical alert system.
As you can see here, the unit will arrived packaged in this box. All you have to do is take out the box, open up the unit packaging here, and inside is the emergency alarm unit.
Also inside will be a necklace button by default, unless you want a wrist button. [If so,] all you have to do is give us a call at Customer Service and we can make that happen for you.
Also inside will be a phone line that you can plug into your phone jack in your home, and a power cord that has to be plugged into an outlet in the wall.

Otherwise, once it’s all setup, all you have to do is test your button to make sure it works with your system. Then follow all the instructions that come with the box.
