One of the main factors in going with Bay Alarm was that it stated it was all USA based. What I found out today is that the people you need to talk to about upgrading etc are not NOT in USA and the... actual process was painful.read more

I only short them 1 STAR and that is for the 50 min wait on the phone.I called to find out if they could trace where my button was. I went to put it on the charger and it wasn't there. I thought I... had retraced my steps and couldn't find it. It had fallen off when I went to the post office boxes. The customer service rep was able find an address and to call the device. She had me take my phone and get into the car. She heard it even before I did. Thank heavens neither I or anyone else had driven over it.!! I give the customer service rep all 5 stars.read more
