My contact with Bay Alarm Medical was to clear a billing problem. The representative was absolutely terrific. She was pleasant, helpful and patient. We elderly don't find that too often and it was a nice surprise. She definitely deserves a raise and pat on the back. Thanks Bay Alarm for starting my day off right
