I had a question about how the base station connected with emergency services. I was informed by the very polite and competent representative that the base station sim card is using the AT&T network. Not quite as dependable as the Verizon network we use but we will be testing the system regularly.

Called to order a new cord and fob for the alarm system. Jason was very helpful, asking a series of questions to understand our circumstances, and placed the order for us. He even identified a current promotion that saved us some money. Now that's great customer service!

Austin was so patient with my Dad and myself during our call. The initial issue was resolved very quickly and Austin was so kind and helpful with my Dad, who is 92, trying to decide if he wanted to keep the watch or switch to the micro. It was not a quick decision, lol. Austin remained engaged as well as very thorough in reviewing critical information we needed to update our account. Thank you Austin!!
