I needed help with the SOS watch from Bay Alarm. A gentleman named Derek worked with me to resolve the problem. Derek was very professional and helpful. The devise isn't connecting with the manufacturer so Derek has reach out to them and will be in touch with me as soon as he has information for me.

I just contacted Bay Alarm Medical to update the billing information for my father's medical alert. Sarah assisted me, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and kind. She took complete care of the billing issue, and she fully tested my Dad’s alert device as an additional service.
