I received clarification on how to start an alarm by pressing the button for 5 seconds, not just press the button. Also, when I fell on 1/9/23, it did not set off the alert and I learned why.

I chose the SOS MICRO will fall-protection. I wear it as a wristband; next to my watch. Very lightweigh. I accidentally dropped the device; onto the kitchen counter; as I was inserting it into the charger. I immediately heard a woman's voice, calling out my name; and asking, "Are you alright? Do you need help?" My son received the same alert, simultaneously. I answered, "I am safe." This incident shows how fast the response-time is; yo a hard-fall. Excellent protection.

I spoke with a service rep named Adam. He listened carefully to my problem with my device. He spent a half hour fixing and testing the device and it now appears to be in good working order. I appreciate the time he took working with the device as I depend on it completely if I fall.
