About Alexis

I’ve been a part of Bay Alarm Medical since 2019, leading our Training team to ensure our agents have the tools, support, and knowledge needed to provide the best customer experience possible. Outside of work, family is everything to me. I love spending time with my kids, enjoying some fun in the sun, or gathering with extended family to create new memories. One of my favorite places to visit is Hawaii— I try to go back whenever I can to take in the beautiful scenery, enjoy the incredible food, and reconnect with the crystal-clear ocean.

Alexis's Role at Bay Alarm Medical

In my role, I focus on developing and refining training programs that help our agents feel confident and prepared to assist our customers. Training is an ongoing process, and I believe consistency is key to ensuring we provide the level of care and support that our customers deserve.

One of the things I value most about my job is the opportunity to connect with customers. Hearing their stories and feedback helps me continuously improve our training, so we can better serve them and make a real difference in their experience.

What has the Medical Alert Industry Taught You?

Working in this industry has given me a deep appreciation for the little things in life. It has shown me how important it is to be present, listen, and always look for ways to improve. Every interaction is a reminder of the impact we have, and that motivates me to keep evolving our training to best support both our agents and our customers.

Alexis's Advice For Customers

If there’s one piece of advice I always share, it’s to test your equipment regularly. I know it might feel like a small task but taking a few minutes each month to ensure everything is working properly can make all the difference when you need it most.
