This review is specifically for the IT service and Brian who was the absolute most helpful person I have yet to speak to!! Brian is receiving these 5 stars. Sadly Bay Medical customer service would... get a 2-3 star review. All nice people, but never have any useful answers.If you are looking at Bay Medical Alarm and you are basing your decision on the knowledge that they have an app with the device, make a different choice. Their app is not user friendly. We have had this devise for a couple Months now and I was excited to know the app would give me notifications when the battery is low. This is for my elderly mom who needs assistance with these things. So I wanted to know the app would notify me of her battery needing changed. Well, it never has.My mom has accidentally pushed her button and the app did notify me of that, plus I received a call and EMS was dispatched to her house. So overall, this accident proved the device works as intended. Just do NOT rely on the app to notify you of its battery needing charged.read more

I did a lot of research and came up with Bay Alarm Medical as the best choice for me. I told my family I was signing up for the All-In-One alarm which suited my budget. To my surprise, they called... and told me they bought me a watch with fall alert. The next day my Bay Alarm Medical equipment arrived. I was very worried about being able to cancel that equipment, but when I called, Annie at Bay Alarm was so very kind and helpful and guided me through the return and refund process. She was not only professional, but very supportive about my worries. Such customer care is unusual these days and I am most grateful.read more
