Basically communications were good, but I was surprised to learn that perhaps my device might not be effective or as effective as I had thought--at my home--and that maybe I'd need a different... device. but finally we tested it outside distant from my house. I am not home-bound. Am very mobile.After testing it in my garden and at home, the watch seemed to have connectivity, but only one bar. I am very mobile and hadthought Bay Alarm SOS watch would meet my needs rather one of the other devices. Also maybe Verizon isn't as good as AT&T, but I'm not prepared to change my phone company.Also BAM technician helped me better understand how the watch works. He also up dated the data on my plan. Now I have to finish the Vial of Life form for additional medical information.He was patient.And understandably he appeared to have a protocol/ transcript he was following non-stop, but I felt i had to break in several times, to clarify, before he continuedGuess this is why it was recommended that I test it regularly.I will continue to do this. I have til Sept. 15.I did not clearly understand the BAM agent's name, something like Zenia or Jenia though he mentioned it at the beginning and several times at that the end in reference to follow-up. We repeated what I needed to do before the call ended.read more
