Working with the sales force, Ms Kirk was exceptional. Her expertise and demeanor was greatly appreciated. We encountered a problem in the first week of our trial period with the device not holding... a charge due to the ATT network draining the battery after a couple of days (as we have since learned) vs. the advertised 6 days between charging. Tried to get the problem resolved and it went sideways trying to work with the “customer service” side of Bay Area. Spent close to 90 minutes talking to three different people in customer service and actually called the sales rep Ms Kirk back. She was again very helpful and I will assume she made remarks on our file because it wasn’t until I got a rep (Colby) were we able to resolve the problem. Big take away: they only use two networks - ATT and VERIZON. They are sending another device this time paired to the VERIZON network and we will see if the problem is fixed. We learned a lot of the problem has to do with your location wrt cell towers. The owners/ users manual makes no reference to the potential issue. The new device will restart our 15 day trail period. Another issue was the communication with the customer service department. Hard to hear on all three as their VOIP connection was not good.read more
