Bay Alarm Medical has given us a lot of peace of mind, as the system has never failed to call us when the alarm was set off even when the subscriber was on vacation -- they took down her itinerary... and called her from across the country. Because they call several of us if the subscriber does not answer, there have not been any unnecessary visits from first responders. They also do a good job reminding us to test the system so that if there ever is an unfortunate event, we will know right away. Much appreciated.read more
