I needed help with the SOS watch from Bay Alarm. A gentleman named Derek worked with me to resolve the problem. Derek was very professional and helpful. The devise isn't connecting with the manufacturer so Derek has reach out to them and will be in touch with me as soon as he has information for me.
I received a call today from Derek and I would like to thank him and all the fine people who work at Bay Alarm Medical for helping with an issue with the SOS watch and getting it connected to the wireless network. Everyone is very professional.

BAY ALARM OVER THE PAST 7 OR TH 8 YYEARS HAS BEEN IN THE BACKGROUND, BUT WHEN I NEEDED THERE SERBICES THEY WERE FANTASTIC, PROMP TO RESOND, AND MADE THE WORRY OF MY SITUATION SO MUCH ASSURING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT HAD LOVED ONES IN NEED, NOT TO MENTION THOSE THAT NEED ASSURANCE THEIR LOVED ONES ARE SAFE.
