My Mom had gotten a new Bay alarm unit and we were having issues with it coming on with a false alarm and then not releasing herlandline when it was supposed to. Tonight it went off 3 times in a row... but the customer service technician Caleb was able to walk us through how it was connected incorrectly. It is finally fixed now after a hard three days and several times of not getting the correct help from customer support.We are satisfied that Caleb helped us tonight and he took time to listen to how my Mom’s old phone was wired ! He never gave up till it was correctly connected!!read more
