This review is solely based on Customer Service since I have yet to try the product. Customer service has been very helpful in trying to determine the best product for my 90+ year-old mother. My... initial phone call, I spoke to a gentleman who is very Kind and thorough. I received the product I initially chose, However, determined that it will not be best suited for her needs. Calling a second time, Sarah was helpful in telling me about other products that perhaps will be. I’ll be returning one for another and will update this reviewread more
