Chief Marketing Officer

- 17 Years of Service

I have the privilege of serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Bay Alarm Medical. I believe deeply in loving what you do and doing what you love. What I am most proud of is helping build a brand rooted in experience, trust, and reliability that makes an often overwhelming decision easier for families choosing a medical alert provider.

Alan's Role at Bay Alarm Medical

As the CMO, I focus on being the customer’s voice and champion within the organization. By understanding their needs, fears, and motivations, I ensure our products deliver reliability and peace of mind by crafting a brand ethos that showcases our mission through real stories and clear messaging. My goal is to build trust and awareness, driving demand ethically while keeping our life-saving purpose at the core.

Internally and as a team, we make every effort to improving response times and boosting adoption of critical services. I’d also keep us ahead of trends and risks, adapting our strategies to innovate and remain the trusted leader in medical alert life-saving care.

How has a Medical Alert System Helped You?

My grandfather moved in with my parents and occupied a downstairs in-law around the time he turned 80. He took a fall one morning while in the bathroom and couldn’t help himself up. Luckily, my father was home on his day-off and heard my grandfather yell for help. Everything turned out okay as he only remained on the floor for a few minutes. However, that experience was enough for our family to set him up with a medical alert system.

He passed away in 2010. Fortunately, he never took another fall and never had to push the button but we were glad that if anything were to have happened, help would have been a simple push-button away.

Alan's Advice For Customers

Customers often come to us after an unforseen medical event. It’s usually an accidental fall, heart condition, or stroke. Whatever the case may be, the process of shopping for a medical alert system is never “fun” and is usually accompanied by fear or stress of making sure help is available should an incident happen again.

As a customer, you deserve a pleasant shopping experience that delivers dependable, budget-friendly peace of mind for you and your family. No pushy sales tactics, no bothersome follow-ups, and no upselling—just straightforward care.
