Anglia helped me on my service call today. I'm mention her personally because she moved through the call well and was extremely polite and thorough. She spoke English with a foreign accent, but we were able discuss the issue clarity and we got the job done. That's not always the case with so many US Based companies outsourcing Customer Support service to countries around the world. It doesn't matter where Anglia lives or where she is from. She was able to enunciate English clearly enough that we had a pleasant and appreciated experience. It was lovely...so much better. I've had so many extremely bad experiences with with Support Calls to other companies that have left me exhausted and angry. Thanks to Bay Alarm for choosing Anglia wherever she is.
