The alarm system works. The alert system quickly connects me with an agent to checks that I am OK. There were originally a few spots in my house where the watch would not connect. With the upgrades,... I could not find any areas of dead zones. So it was very good and now appears excellent.Update: after 5 years the watch failed and I order a replacement system, the SOS system. The new system comes with a button to call for help, but the button that comes with the All-in-one is not compatible with the SOS device and I had to order a different call button from Bay alarm at additional cost (plus a second shipping cost.) If the order form had indicated that, I would have ordered the needed button with the new device. The new device has better sound quality.read more

Great customer service, however, their people that answer the phones when sending them a test alert, need to be more educated on the equipment they provide for their services. I had questions for... them about my alert button that could have affected my service, but no one could answer it. They had to have someone call me later in the day.read more

I've been with Bay Alarm Medical for many years and have always received the the very best service!! :) Today 6-6-2025, I spoke with Abel, who was SO helpful, updating important info. on my account.... He genuinely cared about making sure everything was correct - very nice guy. I also told him I was trying to talk a friend into getting a Bay Alarm Medical button and he told me to be sure to have her give my name if she did get one, because we would both get a free month. Bay Alarms worked for my 90 year old mother. They did call each of the children they were supposed to, but you need to be sure to add their phone number to your contacts or it may go to spam as it... did for us. Also, I was still getting calls from Bay Alarms after my mother was already being transported, and not wearing the lanyard.Otherwise it worked as advertisedread more
