My mother in law fell and used her alarm to get help. We are grateful for the alarm and your service. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that I wanted to let you know that the communication... could have been a little better. My husband was called first. He was at work. He told Bay to call paramedics which was done. After that I was called on two different phone lines but no one told me that my husband had been already been alerted. It would have been useful to know that the first person on the list had already been contacted but I appreciate the polite and helpful Bay personnel. I guess it is better to have three phone calls than none at all.read more
