They contacted me to inform me of an issue with cell towers which was causing my device to drain battery power more rapidly... than usual. I followed their advice and was contacted again when the tower issue was resolved, A customer rep followed up to be certain that I was clear about the issue and tested my device to ease my concerns. Very satisfied with their service and responses.My device needed a software update. I followed the clear instructions and my device is fulfilling its purpose. My smartphone alarm device stopped working because I did not do a test after I got it. Called and they helped me get it up and running again. Did a test , then a fall test everything works fine.
