I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, with a passion for blending technology and service to create meaningful experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy diving into new projects, learning new skills, and spending quality time with my loved ones.

With years of experience supporting the Customer Service, Billing, and Outbound Admin teams, I focus on delivering exceptional support while developing team performance, coaching quality standards, and ensuring each customer interaction is handled with care and precision. I also help lead our Enhanced CARE initiative, promoting empathy and thoughtful communication across all departments. My favorite part of the job is watching our team members grow and succeed, especially when they connect with customers in ways that truly make a difference.
What has the Medical Alert Industry Taught You?
Working in the medical alert industry has taught me how important it is to slow down and truly listen. Our customers are often facing vulnerable moments in life, and it’s our job to guide them with compassion, patience, and clarity. It’s not just about providing a product—it’s about being a reliable presence when people need us most. This field has also shown me the power of teamwork, and how every department plays a role in saving lives.
