I joined Bay Alarm Medical in 2022, inspired by my experience as a caretaker for my grandfather. Outside of work, I enjoy carpentry, crochet, and studying linguistic anthropology. I’m also a life-long learner, constantly seeking knowledge to forge meaningful connections with others. My goal is to create a positive impact by ensuring that everyone I assist feels seen, valued, and supported.

As the Customer Success Lead, I work to provide personalized solutions that address the unique needs of our customers and their families. With over a decade of experience in Customer Service and volunteering with seniors, I focus on building trust and delivering compassionate guidance. My ultimate desire is to ensure that every customer feels empowered and supported, no matter their situation.

Working in this industry has been incredibly rewarding. It has taught me the importance of empathy and listening to truly understand the needs of others. I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for the vital role we play in helping vulnerable populations stay safe and connected, and it’s a privilege to be a part of something that impacts lives so meaningfully.
