Representative/agent was very efficient and professional. She had a very nice tone in her voice and from experience was very patient with elderly people. She went above and beyond to solve the issue... with my equipment!! She should be awarded employee of the year! On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest rating she was a 10 plus plus. The device needed to be reset every day, and the last time it did not last 24 hours. So I did not appreciate the misleading advertising that the charge would last up to 6 days. When I tested it,... the agent could not hear me. It is being replaced under the warranty, but I'm disappointed that it didn't last very long.read more
