I signed up today. Customer Service was so nice and very helpful. So was the operator that answered when I did my first test. The only concern I have is the watch keeps coming undone and the belt... clip is so tight I can't get it on my pants.read more

I lost my original wearable "button". It came loose from the lanyard. So I ordered another one and paid around $25. The new one is a different design. It uses a different lanyard to which the button... snaps in. As an alternative it also comes with a watch band to mount the button in.The new design button when used in the lanyard is not very secure and the button apparently is easier to push because it goes off turning over in bed or making contact with anything easily. I have caused 4 false alrms with it in just 2 weeks or so. I called tech department and they suggested I try the watch band option. The band is a very cheap rubber design and I challenge that everyone at Bay try to successfully put it on your wrist at the next business meeting. It virtually is impossible to put it on and snap the band and keep it tight.Everything else with the Bay system is great especially response time. But the equipment supplied is the weak link in the level service i have. It is of no use if I can't wear itNote this is not a review of the cellular level service. I have no experience with it.read more

Luckily, I have not had to use either my lanyard or GPS, but I just used both to test to be sure I am "hooked up"....I ran the test and spoke to the operator. I think it's a good idea to do this... every month or so. Meanwhile, I'm grateful to have these devices ...Just in case!read more
