Video Transcript:

Are you hesitant about getting a medical alert system because you don’t want to wear a button all day long? Or maybe you have a button but you’re just not wearing it – I don’t blame you. A lot of us don’t want to wear these all day long, but your safety as well as your comfort is one of our top concerns. Our new wall buttons just might be your answer.

Wall buttons are great for placing in high risk areas around your home. Think about the areas you spend the most time in and places where the floor could get wet.

More than 80% of falls occur in the bathroom. I recommend placing one both in and outside of the shower as they are waterproof.

If you have stairs in your home, you’ll want to place one at the bottom of each stairwell.

Another common place that a wall button might be used, is the side of the bed. Often times, people can misjudge where the bed is and fall, or may get dizzy when getting out of bed, without having their button on yet.

So, if you’re someone that keeps fighting your loved ones about getting a medical alert system or your button is currently hidden in a drawer someone, give us a call so we can get you set up with some wall buttons.

When you receive your package, the wall button will already be paired with the unit. If you’re an existing customer, you’ll want to give our customer service team a call so they can help you set and pair your wall buttons over the phone – that way we’ll keep you safe, you’ll be comfortable and your loved ones can sleep a little bit better at night. Thanks for watching, we’ll talk to you soon.
