We’ve designed our Bay Alarm Medical Alert Systems to be simple and straightforward to install and test.
In this quick video, Justin shows you how to test your medical alert system.

Now that everything is connected, it is time to test. You can either use your pendant that comes in the box or you can use the help button. Today we’re going to use the pendant.
The unit is now dialing to our 24/7 dispatch center. It should only take a few seconds.
Your call is being connected so we’ve just got to wait a few more seconds.
Operator: This is Paige with Bay Alarm Medical, do you need help? Justin: Hi Paige, this is Justin with Bay Alarm Medical, just testing to make you can hear me clearly. Paige: I can hear you just fine. Justin: Perfect, thank you. Paige: Alright, Justin you have a good day. Justin: You too.
