Our In-Home Cellular Medical Alert System is very similar to our In-Home Landline Medical Alert System, except that it relies on AT&T Cellular Signals rather than a landline phone connection.

In this video, Kayla, Senior Care Consultant for Bay Alarm Medical, shows you what exactly comes in the box with your Cellular Medical Alert System.

First, you’re going to need to check your AT&T Cell Signal at the home of the person who’ll be using the system. If you’re unsure of this, you can check AT&T’s website.

Now I’ll show you what’s in the box. It’s going to come with instructions on how to set it up, as well as the base unit. The base unit has an antenna attached to it that will pick up AT&T’s signal, as well as a power cord. And your personal help button.

It’s going to automatically come with a necklace. If you would like a bracelet, you can request one at the time of ordering.

Now I’ll show you how to plug it in.
