This past Saturday, Bay Alarm Medical (aka The Great BAMbinos) joined the Alzheimer’s Association and more than 1,000 other walkers in the ‘Walk To End Alz’. The event was held in Walnut Creek, CA, however, there are over 600 communities nationwide that participate annually.

Aside from the 3-mile walk, the event offered music, games and activities for kids. There was also a beautiful ceremony held before the walk, honoring those we have lost to the terrible disease.

The Walnut Creek walk raised nearly $300,000, adding to the growing total of donations across the country. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

The day was filled with love and support for those struggling with Alzheimer’s and the caregivers who help fight through it.
