I signed up for a Medical Alarm for a friend of mine. The package arrived the next day and in good shape. Began to follow instructions.After I filled out the Emergency Plan I tried to print it out... so that I would have a record of it. Nothing on the web page to indicate how. Called Tech Support,guy did his best but apparently it can't be done. Big disappointment.read more

Today I wanted to see about making changes to my mom's service. The associate I believe Zach was very kind and helpful. He walked me thru the best option for my mom as we want to cut the cord on... land line. Every experience I have had with Bay Alarm Medical has been top notch. I have used this service for my 98 year old mother for a number of years. Periodically,I would get a text reminding me to routinely check my system. Fortunately I have never had to use it until... recently when my mother fell. The service contacted both of the emergency numbers on file as well as the ambulance. I feel as though Bay Medical helped save her life. The ONLY reason I am canceling at this time is because she now requires round the clock care. To cancel, i spoke with a phone representative by the name of Rochelle who walked me through the process effortlessly. I HIGHLY recommend Bay Alarm Medical.read more
