This company has excellent technical support! My sister recently changed her address and phone numbers. I had trouble getting her system to work when testing. I called Tech Support and a wonderful... person named Aurora answered and was such a big help! She corrected wrong information and added some details that I hadn't even considered. She was friendly, patient, and professional. I really appreciated that she made sure everything was correct and the system was in perfect working order. Aurora gave me peace of mind in knowing that my sister can get emergency medical help if needed.read more

Dad is struggling with age related dementia and we received some updated equipment which needed to be charged and then synched to the system.When I explained my situation, that Dad was having... trouble following instructions, (He just turned 88 and is trying to remain independent for as long as possible) the Customer Service Rep could not have been more patient or kinder as she walked me (and Dad) through the set up and synchronization and then testing of all his device systems.One thing that my family was not aware of was, we were told that we had the availability to add myself as a participant on the account to make decisions/payments be notified of new equipment or batteries that needed charged etc. So we did so giving my siblings and I peace of mind that everything is as it needs to be in the event that Dad does need emergent help.After speaking with my siblings and adding care giver tracking we have a greater sense of Dad being able to get the help he needs while he can still remain in the family home. The customer service rep was polite, helpful, and quick. While my mother used her Bay Alarm Medical system it always worked properly and notified the family immediately so we could assist our mother... and/or get her medical care from first responders if needed. I would highly recommend this system to all families who want to assist their loved ones.read more

I recommend Bay Alarm.The alert response by Bay Alarm is swift. They have been excellent to work with.I understand that they’re trying to increase staff since COVID, so the hold time for general... help is a bit long. When I have reached an assistant, they have always been kind and immediately helpful.My one comment is that they PLEASE change their on phone hold music…it’s mind numbing. It only serves to annoy me as I hold!read more

Bay Medical Alert has been a very good team to work with. In the past few days all members of the Bay Medical Alert staff has been very cordial and pleasant to talk to as well being very... knowledgeable on the equipment.Zack was very helpful and made sure he had answered all the questions that I had. He suggested that I switch the account from to my name and explained how I do it when I got the opportunity. He reminded me to test the equipment once a month for my mother.
