From there, you'll be able to ask the operator to call friends, family, neighbors, and if necessary, your local 911 emergency services. In addition, our operators will have your medical history, prescriptions and blood type on file.
The system's built-in, high-output speaker and ultra sensitive microphone allows crystal clear 2-way communication during an emergency. Additionally, the system can be used to answer a phone call. Simply push the button on the pendant to answer the phone. No more rushing to the phone and risking a slip or fall!
In the event of a blackout or power outage, our system will continue to run for up to 32 hours. The battery will automatically recharge itself once power comes back on to the home.
Going on vacation? Visiting friends and family in another state? Not a problem! Our medical alert system is built with portability in mind so you can be protected wherever you go. Simply give us a call and let us know where you're going and what the new phone number will be. Then, unplug the system from your home and reinstall it when you arrive at your destination.
