It’s important for a company to have a healthy mix of positive, neutral, and negative reviews.

As a company, Bay Alarm Medical highly values customer feedback. It really helps us to grow our business, and to better serve our current customers and any future customers that we have. [It helps us] to know the things that we’re doing well and the things that we can improve on. The good, the bad, the ugly we want to hear it all.

Here’s a little extra tip for you. When you’re looking at customer reviews on a company, you want to watch out for any that have all perfect five-star reviews. It’s important for a company to have a healthy mix of positive, neutral, and negative reviews.

It’s really not as much about having bad reviews as it is how a company responds to the review.
