Bay Alarm Medical New Location Opens It’s Doors To The Public

UPDATE: Bay Alarm Medical is currently located at 1140 Galaxy Way, Suite #150 Concord, CA 94520.
On Friday October 4th, employees of Bay Alarm, Bay Alarm Medical, and various business partners and vendors came out to celebrate the grand opening of Bay Alarm Medical’s new office location.
We can’t thank our customers enough for their continued support. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful customer base. We plan to keep expanding as much as we can so we can help many more families protect their loved ones from falls.
It was a splendid afternoon. We debuted our brand new cubicles, desks, storefront area, and customer lobby.
Visitors enjoyed our brand new lobby area with our medical alert systems and accessories on display.
Our visitors later took a tour of our brand new Call Center.
The new cubicles are very modern, open, and functional so that we can handle our high volume of customer calls more efficiently.
The next stop on the tour was our beautifully-renovated warehouse. Our warehouse clerks have much more room for new medical alert products and accessories to offer to our customers. Keep an eye out for new medical alert models that will be coming down the line soon!
Following the tour of the premises, the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place.
To close the event, we celebrated with our favorite geriatric celebrity… Grumpy Grandpa!
